Farmhouse Ale,
A blend, of 20% barrel aged beers fermented on Grenache and Mourvèdre grape pomace (fermentation is performed spontaneously thanks to the indigenous yeast strains from the grape skin), and 80% of a fresh wheat farmhouse ale fermented with our house culture (bacterias, wild yeasts and brewer yeasts). After the blending we add hibiscus and lemon balm.
